Shipping policy

Roots & Currents products are made to order, so shipping happens in two stages: production, then transit. Here's what to expect.

Production Time

Because each item is custom-printed after you order it, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time can vary slightly by product and by which of our manufacturing partners fulfills your specific item. Apparel with multiple print locations or heavier fabrics may be on the longer end of that range.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, standard domestic shipping typically takes an additional 3–10 business days depending on your location and the carrier used. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.

We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and interested in ordering, reach out to KevonneMontes@gmail.com and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If your order includes items fulfilled by different manufacturing partners, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. This is normal and doesn't mean part of your order was lost.

Delays

Production and shipping times can run longer during high-volume periods (new product launches, holidays) or due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather. We'll do our best to keep you updated if we're aware of a significant delay.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or if it's been significantly longer than the estimated delivery window, contact us at KevonneMontes@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or work with the carrier on your behalf.
