Welcome to Roots & Currents ("we," "us," "our"), the online store operating at {{ shop.url }}. "Grounded by Nature" is our tagline and reflects our design philosophy: original topographic map artwork of real mountains, states, and landmarks, printed on apparel and accessories. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Made-to-Order Manufacturing

Most items sold by Roots & Currents are produced on demand specifically for your order once it is placed, using third-party print and manufacturing partners. Because each item is made after you order it, production begins shortly after checkout and cannot always be modified or cancelled once underway — see our Refund Policy for details. Product photography and mockups are representative; actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration, fabric dye lots, and print processes.

3. Intellectual Property

All original topographic designs, artwork, the Roots & Currents name, logo, and "Anchored by Nature" tagline are the property of Roots & Currents and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without our prior written consent.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory or production issues, at any time prior to fulfillment. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.
